I heard he was transferring to Clintwood...said he was moving to Sandy Ridge, so if Clintwood didn't work out, he could go to Coeburn...
So lets see Wise County and City of Norton out. Scott County or Dickenson County, who bites.

What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.

...And if you ain't down with that, I got 2 words for ya....
Each week he could transfer to the team next on PVs schedule
Well, that puts Coeburn out...guess TW would like to have him tho...lol

This is all rumor so far, why don't one of the Burton faithful find out for sure? Wouldn't be hard to find out.
I think one of the Burton faithful did...although I could be wrong
I dont like to joke about it, cause its pretty serious but like I said originally, I dont know if someone learns hard life lessons by the next week getting to go somewhere else and everything supposedly changed. I know people can change, and some do, but it normally doesn't happen overnight.

Yep, people do change, as I am proof that it does. But we all should remember, he is young and impressionable, too. I think the kid is just looking for a place, not necessarily football, but a place where he can call home. I could be wrong, though.
Very possible. I have no problem with someone helping the kid out, giving him a chance to fix his mistakes, but I just dont think someone has a 'come to Jesus moment' 2 seconds after they get in trouble. Its easy to say lord I screwed up or messed up or was stupid and I need another chance when things are going bad, but actually meaning it, is tough.
Like I said from day 1, I was glad that they were giving him a chance, but football should have been the least important thing period.

True, I also think that football and sports should be the last thing on their mind. But I also think that since the "Jones'" era, a lot of kids are believing that football is the only way to escape this area and what it doesn't offer. Especially the ones who have more talent than most others. This, I believe, has been a big problem for a lot of young men. There are other things that they can do and accomplish without the aid of sports.
Yea we could..And we could also thank him for a $0.00 account too..
